Summer has now passed and with it Autumn greets us, with Christmas fast approaching. Our latest exhibition is here to capture the the dramatic changes of the season.

These colourful and vibrant delights have been depicted by 6 local artists in a variety of mediums to suit every taste. Paul Alcock, Semi Finalist Of Sky Arts Landscape Artist Of The Year 2018 and known for his plein-air oil paintings, has provided us with some familiar sights that reflect both autumnal colours as well as the joys and stillness of the winter months. Photographer David Dent has 3 framed pieces that capture the waders of the Thames, a familiar sight to many in the winter months. Lisa Anderson and Jackie Burns have both realised in their watercolour paintings two birds we encounter frequently; the Robin and the Pheasant. Grace Silverwood too has carved these birds as well as other species too. Finally Den Edwards has depicted expertly the stillness of snowy Horndon village.
